Jaelle was found by Palpatine as a tiny child, and raised to be his Hand.
Essentially, the equivelant of a Dark Jedi, raised to be completely loyal to
him, only with a bit more flexibility in her occupation. She could function
as a spy, an assassin, a personal aide, whatever was asked of her.
Palpatine nurtured her wild streak and her hot temper, allowing a level of
informality from her that most would not tolerate because she had the kind
of loyalty and power he wanted...and because her antics amused him on
occasion.
Jaelle worked hard to please her Master in every way she could, and her odd
sense of humour occasionally manifested while developing her talents in the
Force. She is the proud inventor of the Force Wedgie, as well as handmade
explosives of all sorts.
Once she was old enough and skilled enough, Palpatine permitted her to
become a bounty hunter. It gave her the sort of fast-paced, mostly
non-commital lifestyle that suited a wild natured person like her, and it
gave him a convenient assassin. A cute young female with a sunny
disposition would not be suspected to be a servant of the Dark Side, and
Jaelle was especially talented in concealing the darkness within her.
Personality: The word chaos suits Jaelle perfectly. She's not a terribly
organized or responsible person when it comes to anything other than her
Master's orders. Jaelle is wild and has a hot temper that is often shown
through swearing in an astonishing amount of languages. Despite that, she
also has a very warm aura and a sociable nature that makes her quite adept
at mingling. She is inventive and playful, and can either be exceptionally
amusing or frighteningly sadistic when she puts her mind to it.
Lastly, Jaelle is a very self-aware individual. She isn't deluded enough
into thinking that she's Sith Lord material. She might have the powers to
become one, but she is well aware that she lacks the focus and
responsibility of one. Her response to any suggestion that she become one
would be to giggle, and then ask "Come now, would you really want an
alcoholic Sith Lord that could be distracted by pretty shiny things? I
don't think so."
